You can reset a group of metrics at any time. For example, for a server, you can reset the Queue - Report service group of metrics. When you reset a group of metrics, all the metrics in the group are reset.
Some metrics can’t be reset, for example, JVM metrics that are calculated since the last reset time.
Start Cognos Connection.
In the upper-right corner, click Launch, Cognos Administration.
On the Status tab, click System.
In the upper left corner of the Scorecard pane, click the arrow to view the Change view menu, and then click the view that you want.
In the Metrics pane, click the reset
button for the group of metrics that you want
to reset.
