.You can view the most recent run of a report, run a
report, or open a report in the authoring tool. The default action
is to view the most recent run of a report but you can select the
default action that you prefer .
You must have execute permission to run a report. You must have read and traverse permissions for the folder that contains the report.
In Cognos Connection, click the report that you want.
