You can insert an image in a report. You can insert images in other objects, such as a block or table cell, directly in the report page, or as the background image of another object.
In the Insertable Objects pane, click the Toolbox tab.
Drag the Image object 
to the report and then double-click it.
In the Image URL dialog box, type the URL of the image you want to insert or click the Browse button to go to the location containing the image.
To browse images on a Web server, you must enable Web-based Distributed Authoring and Versioning (WebDAV) on your Web server. For more information, see Troubleshooting.
Click OK.
You can insert a background image for objects in a report. For example, use a background image to add a watermark to a page.
Select the object for which you want to add a background image.
In the Properties pane, double-click the Background Image property.
In the Image URL box, type the URL of the image you want to insert or click the Browse button to go to the location containing the image.
The image appears in the Preview box.
In the Position box, choose how you want to align the image in the object.
In the Tiling box, click the tiling option you want.
Click OK.
